Boisrouge is the perfect base from which to explore these legendary areas.
The rooms
In Boisrouge, you can relax immersed in nature, in the shade of tall trees. Five guest rooms, comfortable and peaceful, await you. The design is in harmony with its setting: natural woodworks soft to the eye and Japanese references – not least the authentic Japanese bath arranged for your well-being. Four rooms are located in a dedicated building at the entrance to the site; The fifth is in the guest-house. All rooms are air conditioned.
The restaurant
The restaurant sits 20, and features a vast, bright open-plan kitchen. As with the other buildings, the interior and exterior walls are coated with a mixture of local soil and lime. In the center, a six metre long gray marble is equally divided between a kitchen worktop and a breakfast bar: this is where you will have your breakfast while contemplating the undergrowth. The menu, inscribed on large slates, features both signature dishes of the chef, and a cuisine derived from locally sourced products , according to what is in season. The wines are naturally from Burgundy.
