Par la suite, il a vite trouv\u00e9 son propre style culinaire, guid\u00e9 par sa passion des \u00e9pices et de l\u2019Asie. Voyages, apprentissages, cr\u00e9ations et influences\u00a0: Philippe Delacourcelle a toujours eu le talent de doser les \u00e9pices dans ses plats sans pour autant perdre le contact avec une cuisine fran\u00e7aise simple, savoureuse et raffin\u00e9e. Longtemps chef du Clos Morillons \u00e0 Paris, puis du Pr\u00e9 Verre dans le quartier Latin, il est l\u2019auteur de plusieurs livres sur les \u00e9pices, sur ses voyages et sur le Japon culinaire.
