In Boisrouge, you can relax immersed in nature, in the shade of tall trees. Five guest rooms, comfortable and peaceful, await you. The design is in harmony with its setting: natural woodworks soft to the eye and Japanese references – not least the authentic Japanese bath arranged for your well-being. Four rooms are located in a dedicated building at the entrance to the site; The fifth is in the guest-house. All rooms are air conditioned.<\/p>\n

The restaurant sits 20, and features a vast, bright open-plan kitchen. As with the other buildings, the interior and exterior walls are coated with a mixture of local soil and lime. In the center, a six metre long gray marble is equally divided between a kitchen worktop and a breakfast bar: this is where you will have your breakfast while contemplating the undergrowth. The menu, inscribed on large slates, features both signature dishes of the chef, and a cuisine derived from locally sourced products , according to what is in season. The wines are naturally from Burgundy.<\/p>\n
